Travel Policy

Lucki Duck's operating area is contained to the following: Abilene, TX; Clyde, TX; Tuscola, TX; Potosi, TX; Buffalo Gap, TX; and Eula, TX. Work requested outside of LD's operating area will incur separate travel fees.

Mileage-Based Pricing Beyond Operating Area

  • 0-25 miles: Included

  • 26-40 miles: $0.75 per mile (round-trip)

  • 41-60 miles: $1.00 per mile (round-trip)

  • 61-100 miles: $200 flat fee

  • 101+ miles: $300 flat fee

Any location over 400 miles round-trip will be considered an overnight trip.

Overnight Policy

  • 1 night stay: $150/night for lodging, $50/per diem, $300/travel = $500/round-trip

  • All additional night stays incur an additional $125/per night

  • Airfare reimbursed at cost

  • Rental car (if applicable) and parking reimbursed at cost

Additional Notes

  • Overnight travel applies to on-site filming, photography, or client meetings.

  • Remote sessions do not incur travel fees.

  • All travel arrangements are confirmed at least two weeks in advance.

  • Travel days include up to 8 hours of service time.

  • Travel fees are to be paid upon project invoice payment.

  • If arrival becomes impossible due to traffic, weather, construction, etc, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. If new travel fees are incurred, those will be paid by the client.

  • If client changes location after booking and invoice payment, all additional costs will be paid by the client.

  • If flights are delayed or cancelled, the project will be rescheduled or delayed. 

  • All lodging and per diem fees remain non-refundable once paid.
