Lucki Duck Creative values original creative work and the integrity of the artistic process. To protect my work, my clients, and the quality of the services I provide, the following policies apply to all projects, deliverables, and materials created by Lucki Duck Creative.

Use of My Work With AI Tools

None of my work, including photos, videos, branding assets, graphics, written content, strategy documents, or any other deliverables, may be:

Uploaded into AI training systems
Fed into AI image, video, or text generators
Used to create derivative AI‑generated content
Compared side‑by‑side with AI tools for replication
Submitted to platforms that store data for model training

This includes but is not limited to tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, Claude, Gemini, Runway, and any other AI system capable of training, generating, or analyzing creative work.

Right to Refuse Service

Lucki Duck Creative reserves the right to refuse service, cancel projects, or decline future work if:

A client uses my work in conjunction with AI tools
A client attempts to replicate my work through AI
A client requests deliverables intended for AI training or AI‑assisted reproduction
A client places my work next to AI outputs for comparison, duplication, or mimicry

This policy protects my creative rights, my business, and the originality of the work I produce.

Client Responsibilities

By working with Lucki Duck Creative, you agree to:

Respect the originality of all creative work
Use deliverables only as outlined in your contract
Avoid uploading, submitting, or feeding my work into any AI system
Contact me if you have questions about permitted usage

Intellectual Property Protection

All creative work produced by Lucki Duck Creative is protected under copyright law. Unauthorized use, including AI training, replication, or derivative generation, is strictly prohibited.
